Description

Tea from Yunnan Province in southern China is characterized by its delicate, pure tea flavor. Yunnan tea has a slightly stronger flavor than Keemun tea, without being harsh. Yunnan tea is thus a delicate, mild, aromatic, and flavorful tea with a low tannin content, so it never becomes bitter when steeped.
Ingredients: Black tea.
Brewing: 6–8 minutes at 98°C.
