Tasting notes: very intense and with great aromatic complexity. The primary aromas caress the nose with subtle notes of violets and roses in combination with ripe red fruit. Soft, creamy, fresh and elegant on the tongue with a lingering finish. The acidity is perfectly balanced and keeps the cava fresh.

Cava made from the Garnacha grape from organic vineyards located in the Valencian highlands. A great companion for many meals, especially fish.
