Brut Réserve is a non-vintage Champagne - meaning that the wine is composed of several vintages, in this case three different ones. The three dominant grape varieties in Champagne are all used in the wine: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from some of the best fields in the area.

To ensure freshness and intense aromas, the Champagne is vinified at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks before being blended, bottled and aged for around three years.
