Tasting notes: A distinctive, fresh, round, and fruity champagne. An expressive aroma of baked, exotic fruits is accompanied by notes of grapefruit and orange on the palate. Complex with a perfect balance between sugar and acidity.

Champagne Michel Vallez was created by Michel Dervin, who in 1983 realized his dream of making his own cuvées. The winery is located in Cuchery in the heart of the Marne Valley and encompasses 7.8 hectares of vineyards, where Meunier and Pinot Noir create the house’s signature cuvées: Blanc de Noirs, Rosé, and Millésime.
The grapes are gently harvested by hand, and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to ensure finesse and preserve the grapes’ natural acidity. The champagne is aged for 24–36 months for optimal complexity and freshness.
Aged 24–36 months in the cellar. Dosage (sugar): 10 g/L.
