Description

Moscato Bianco grapes are harvested from the last ten days of August onwards. The harvest is carried out entirely by hand from vineyards located 360 meters above sea level on southwest-facing slopes. Monferrato has long been an area where the synergy between nature and the Moscato grape allows for a distinctive product. This is where Cà Bianca Asti originates. Thanks to the clay-limestone soil in the area, the wines develop structure and aromatic complexity.

Golden in the glass with fine, persistent bubbles. The aroma is floral with notes of apricot, sage, and lime. The taste is sweet without being excessive, with notes of honey.

The grapes are brought to the cellar and gently pressed. The first-press must is clarified and stored in refrigerated tanks at low temperatures (-2 °C). The wine is then transferred to pressurized tanks where slow, temperature-controlled fermentation begins. When the desired level of fermentation is reached, it is stopped by cooling, leaving natural residual sugar that balances the alcohol.
